Best Costume Ever!

Back in 1997 there this costume party and I loved the girl wearing the late 1950's wool suit with fake birds and blood-Tippi Hedren in The Birds.  I thought that was so cute, clever and it was so well done.

Today I saw the costume that beat that! AWESOME! This is the best costume I have ever seen.
